Carved from dark-patinated wood, this figure depicts a kneeling female figure of pronounced frontality and hieratic serenity. The disproportionately large head is crowned by a towering, finely incised hairstyle; large, almond-shaped eyes, strong lips, and vertical facial scars define the face. The surface of the body is particularly richly decorated: geometric incised patterns cover the shoulders, arms, abdomen, and thighs, lending the figure a textile-like, almost ornamental density. The bent arms and open hands suggest a posture of offering or receiving. Glossy areas of the dark reddish-brown patina contrast with the deeper carvings, enhancing the three-dimensional effect.
