Lobi stool of athropomorphic shape, looking a little bit like a scupture of a "Centaur", carved by Pessare Dah, collected in the village "Cinq Heure", about 10 km from Loropeni. we identified this carver by name and circulum vitae in 2010. According of Kilite Noufe Pessare Dah, was the most skilful carver of the region around Loropeni. KIlite and Pessare were the winner of many agriculture-event-prices, where also the works of Lobi carvers were exhibited. This carving was obviously influence by Western inspiration; a fine, blackened and velvety patina. It seems to be the first exemplare of this shape of carving, which is coming to the Western market by this great artist, who passed away very early with about 50 years. A reason, why these works are so rare.
