A Laere Bronze horse

A Laere Bronze horse, heavy encrusted surface on greenish Malachit patina, found in the region of Mopti. Reduced price, because we had a transport damage from Bamako to Berlin.

The Laere Culture of Mali is not widely documented in mainstream archaeological or anthropological literature, and it may not refer to a formally recognized or well-studied culture in academic sources. Normally high stylized horses are associated to this more or less unknown culture.
