A fragmentary terracotta head in the Katsina style, Nigeria with a small face, long horizontal slits for eyes with eyebrow carvings over them, a small nose and narrow round mouth; the ears are carved high and the head has small protrusions for coiffure. Certificate of origin and provenance.
